In case of non-receipt of the parcel within the mentioned deadlines, an investigation is made to the carrier and lasts up to 15 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can take place.
Upon receipt of your parcel, you must check that the products correspond to your order and, if this is not the case, you must notify us by phone or e-mail at bonheurbeauty.gr these comments on the same day or no later than one working day after receipt of your order. Before orders are shipped, we contact you by phone to confirm the details. If there is no response from you, then after five days the order is cancelled. In addition, the order by bank deposit will be cancelled in the same period of time (5 days after the order entry date) if there is no contact for the deposit of the amount.
